The following insurances have approved New Patient Virtual Visits: Ambetter, Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, Healthlink, Humana, Medicare, Tricare, UHC, and WellFirst. As others approve, we will update this post.
A new patient virtual visit will last between 30-45 minutes. The consult will establish you as a patient with our practice and consist of going over the new patient questionnaire, symptoms checklist, taking a history, creating a detailed course of action, filling any prescriptions required, and decided when you should come back into the office for skin tests, pulmonary function tests, etc. once the COVID-19 pandemic lessens and we can see patients in the office again. Beforehand, our medical receptionists will gather all demographic and insurance information from you. Also, please fill out the New Patient Information form on our “Patient Information” page (this can be emailed, mailed, or faxed back to us along with a copy of the front and back of your insurance card.)
