Good news! We feel that it is now a safe time to restart immunotherapy at both our Ballas and O’Fallon offices. Shots will begin on Monday, May 4, 2020.
At this time, allergy shots will be given by APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please call 314-569-1881 to SCHEDULE your immunotherapy appointment. We will not be able to accommodate walk-ins.
When you visit us, we ask that you please do the following to help reduce the possibility of spreading infection:
-reschedule if you have any flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, body aches)
-reschedule if you have any known or presumed + COVID-19 contacts or contacts with any flu-like symptoms
-everyone entering either office must wear a mask
-arrive alone for your appointment unless the patient needs a parent or a caregiver
-continue to practice social distancing during your visit to the best of your ability
While we wait for the continued downward trend in the number of cases locally, please know that we are practicing strict precautions in the office to keep you and our staff healthy. This includes the following:
-frequent disinfecting of reception area and exam rooms
-our reception and exam rooms do not have any magazines or brochures to reduce the chance of transmission
-the entry and exit doors to our suite are propped open to avoid touching handles
